$150 per year | $250 for two years

What we do:

1. We reside and maintain a place of business in the United States.
2. We serve as the intermediary between your company and the FDA by:
   • forwarding all communications from the FDA to you (or designated contact),
   • responding to the FDA, including scheduling inspections, and
   • fulfilling all other duties required of the United States agent listed in the Code of Regulations (21 CFR 207.69).

Please Note: We are United States agents, not the Official Contact. We are not responsible for the accuracy of your registration or listing information. We do not provide FDA registration services at this time.
